The nose is quite similar to that of the Guadalupe with deep register fruit aromas and ample briar notes that merge into round yet detailed medium full flavors that have a slight cough syrup taste to them (not texturally) with a bright, sweet and intense finish. There is good vibrancy here and the acidity is better integrated. Delicious yet serious and this too should age well.
