Reticent on the nose with gentle suggestions of fresh chili, cut grass, perfumed floral notes and soft citrus. Nice and focused on the palate, delivering rich fruit that balances an almost peachy note against a lightly bitter lime pith element that turns a touch mineral on the back end. This finishes with a spicy mineral element and more peach nuance and lime pith. Brisk and refreshing. 87pts

This is frankly fruit on the nose but it’s very green fruit, all cactus leaf, sage, dried cilantro, poblano chili and green plum. This seems a touch sweet in the mouth with more of that green fruit character accented with some gooseberry, but mostly rather earthy/savory in nature. The acid is bright and well-balanced by the creamy richness of fruit but this seems to be rather atypical, though the finish does show good length and nice lime pith fruit. With air this gains a cleaner fruit aspect, but it remains somewhat particular and savory. 84pts

Expect some earthy minerality mixed with tropical fruit and fig aromas. The wine exhibits complexity with ripe fruit and a crisp, dry finish of melon and pineapple. The slight acid makes this wine a good pair for fried fish or chicken.

A dry Sauvignon Blanc with flinty minerals mixed with tropical quince and honeyed stone fruits. Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc in that it's not just about the fresh herbs but rather more about ripe tropical fruits and mineral. Dry yet ripe and wonderful with a chill alone or with food.
