- A fine answer to Bonnezeaux from a 2.6 ha Chenin vineyard picked up to five times fermented and aged in the 400 -litre French oak barrels now commonly used by top Loire producers for this style of wine. 130 g/l residual sugar with no shortage of pure Chenin fruit but a very slight lack of intensity.
