loads of tropical fruit combined with banana, cantaloupe, peaches and little bits of golden pears, bold, smooth mouthfeel

Chenin Blanc 2008 - Ken Forrester : Chenin Blanc 2008 - Weißwein von Ken ForresterDieser Chenin Blanc ist eine Parradewein von Ken Forrester. Körperreich und gut abgerundet präsentiert er sich und ist ein perfektes Beispiel einer vollendeten Harmonie zwischen der Frucht und den delikaten Vanilleromen aus der Eiche. Zusammen formen sie einen überzeugenden Wein, der besonders zu würzigen, aromareichen Gerichten zu empfehlen ist. Der Chenin Blanc 2009 von Ken Forrester lässt getrocknete Aprikosen und Ananas erkennen, die am Schluss von einer deutlichen Vanillenote umspielt werden.Handverlesene Trauben wurden im Fass und im Tank fermentiert, anschließend reifte der Wein 9 Monate im französischen Eichenfass.
