This is a really great Pinot Noir, a masterpiece of Cantina Tramin near Bolzano. Complex, deep, layers upon layers of fruit and spices, soft tanins ... I was fortunate enough to taste the 2004 one together with a local specialty: Tagliatelle with Dear Ragu.
