Add your reviewA beautiful white with deep character. The nose is rich and buttery and the first sip explodes with apple and pear up front gently adding raisiny richness through the middle with a sherry-like quality and a building sense of white pepper on the finish. I would drink this all day long and die happy.

Kabaj is located in the hills of Goriska Brda, Slovenia, near Collio, Italy. Thier 29 acres of hand-tended mature vines are planted in deep Marl soils. All Kabaj wines are fermented with native yeast and held a minimum of three years before release. Rebula, an ancient variety, when left on its skins will produce deep, spicy, age-worthy wines like this one.
