The nose on this zesty, luxurious wine opens with a vegetal cast, including cabbage and Brussels sprouts, green stems and jalapenos, followed by mustard, dill, toast and raisin. The palate launches with black cherry and chocolate, with a full, warm mouth-coating spread of spicy flavors, evolving over two hours. Drinks best between one and two hours.
