Everything I love in a Cali Cab. Tart bright cherries with a complex finish. Really great stuff.
Bright jammy nose of warm red berries. Super rich palate of red berry fruit. Very rich, juicy and mouth-coating wine. Decadent but not overly powerful or out of balance. Very nice!
I'm buying again!
Have had this a few times now and it never lets me down. Smooth all the way through...a delicious and well balanced wine!

Supple and complex, well-focused and balanced, with a pretty core of black cherry, ripe plum and currant tones, showing off ample oak and ripe tannins on the finish. Drink now through 2007.
Dark, rich and plush, with thick, earthy currant, plum, mocha and blackberry flavors that are sharply focused, long and complex, with a wall of ripe tannins on the finish. Best from 2003 through 2010.
The wine has balanced acidity and tannins, is moderate in alcohol and exhibits fresh raspberry, strawberry and black currant aromas.
Black currant, vanilla, toasted oak and a touch of earthy aromas are present in the nose and on the palate of this approachable, balanced, medium-bodied wine.
More elegant than powerful, this Cab is medium-bodied and dry, with a silky texture. It has pleasant cherry, red currant, cola, violet, pepper and spice flavors, and is quite food-friendly for a Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now.
Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark red with a violet hue. Aromas of bing cherry, plumb, all spice, cinnamon, leather, and a touch of forest floor fill the glass. A soft, fruit forward entry combines with balanced acidity and low alcohols to coat your mouth with a multitude of flavors. Layers of red and black fruit segue into a finish accented by vanilla, caramel and a hint of butterscotch from the new American Oak. Soft, but present tannins once again allow this young JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon to be approachable immediately.
Wine Tasting Notes The wine has dark ruby color. A bittersweet chocolate note accentuates jammy fruit aromas of raspberry, sweet cherry and plum. The wine is lush and sumptuous on the palate with chocolate, cherry and rich plum flavors. The wine can be drunk now but will further evolve over the next 5 to 7 years. A bottle cellared over 5 years should always be decanted. Enjoy! An open bottle develops a nutty, tawny port character over time and under proper care may be kept for up to 6 months.
