What to Expect

Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

The 2007 vintage has turned out to be quite a fine one. The summer was warm, but not hot and during harvest the days were sunny & the nights cool, which contributes to good flavour development in the grapes, & good retention of the flavour during picking. This style of wine works wonderfully well in Margaret River and under screw cap closure will drink well for at least 2 years.
