Food Pairings for Jules Wines Malbec
From the Guitard family estate in AOC Cahors, the historical birthplace of Malbec, this red is both faithful to the fresh style of the region and yet softly respects the modern palate.
Deep red, persistent cherry nose followed by some hints of forest undergrowth. The mouth is well balanced with some viscosity and body. The tannins are ripe and flavours consistent with the nose: cherry, humus with some spicy overtones.
