Judd's Hill Pinot Noir Central Coast 2008
This year's offering is full of intense black cherry aromas with hints of fragrant clove and anise. The fruit forward and spicy bouquet is further enriched by an earthy complexity in the mid-palate, and accentuated by a lush mouth feel, balanced with bright flavors of quince and tart cherries. The finish is a nod to the old world with more earthy notes of forest floor, hints of leather and sweet tobacco leaf. In the end, we've crafted an extremely complex and satisfying Pinot Noir that is a versatile wine for all seasons.

Aromas of bright strawberry, white pepper and citrus blossom with background hints of the forest floor. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied with bright acidity and flavors that encompass sensual red berries and nuances of exotic spices. Many are surprised to taste a Pinot Noir with such finesse coming from the Napa Valley. Yet each year, we have come to anticipate a fruity, sexy Pinot Noir.
