I smell raspberry and rhubarb. Very mellow with mild tannins and a slightly tart finish. Wonderfully light—an easy but interesting pinot.

This Pinot Noir has appealing ruby red highlights with bright strawberry and kiwi flavors. The mid palate flavors comprise sensual, round yet elegantly balanced tannins combined with scents of raspberries and cream. The character of the vineyard is expressed with aromas of fresh berry, red cherries and delicate spices Food Pairing: Either a mid-week meal of smoked chicken pizza or an elegant grilled salmon filet on the weekend work well when paired with this Pinot. Drink a glass paired with pesto pasta or grilled summer vegetables.
