Juan Gil Silver Label Jumilla Do 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Jugendliche Farbe.

Distinctive - worth trying, little heavy on the alcohol (15%), but not really noticeable in the taste. Great find. From the www.bodegasjuangil.com (translated) This wine is made exclusively from grapes of the Monastrell variety, fromvines more than forty years of age. The topsoil is very shallow, limestone andcovered with a stone bed. Attractive wine with intense cherry red color shadesviolet and powerful aroma of ripe red fruits, roasted and smoky notes.Great structure, it is very ripe and sweet with good input from the mouth and very persistent, perfectly integrated fruit, wood alcohol and a harmonious balance that make it very pleasant to take. Notes: Vinification in stainless steel tanks for 25 days with a maximum temperature of 25 ° C. Once the maceration process - step fermentation in French oak barrels for conducting malolactic fermentation. A Upon completion it remained in barrel for 12 months. Marriage:Ideal to accompany rice with meat hunting and honeyed, baked beans, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, fish and seafood sauce smoked, cured cheeses and blue, white and red meats on the grill and grill, roast lamb, pork, beef

Jugendliches Dunkelrot.
