** SECOND OF BOYD-CANTENAC ** Notes: A lovely purple-red color. Red fruits flavours for the nose, even with black cherry and blackberry. The mouth is full and elegant, well balanced and gives a generous roundness with smooth tanins. Beautiful and long finish. Color: Red Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Merlot 8% Cabernet Franc 7% Petit Verdot Soil: Thin and draining siliceous, quaternary graves. Age of Vines: 25 Years Old Altitude: 80 m above sea level Aspect: East Yield per Hl/Ha: 50 Hl/Ha Training system: Guyot Fermentation: during 3 weeks in stainless steel vats Aging: 20 months in oak barrels Harvest: Hand-picked with rigorous sorting ** Only 4 in Stock **
