Food Pairings for Joseph Swan Jose's Rosé
Fairly dark for a rosé. Aromas of nectarines, plum, and earth with a hint of spice. In the mouth it is rich with dark red berries, faint herbs and spice. Full, rich, and long, a wine for mixed grill and rich dishes. We recently had it with BLTs made with a local pig's bacon and black tomatoes from our garden. It was superb. A couple of more years of bottle age will not be a problem.
