Joseph Mellot Pouilly Fumé le Tronsec 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

Pale gold in color with brilliant highlights. Predominant mineral notes (flint) on the nose along with citrus aromas (lemon, orange). This wine showcases the terroir magnificently. This fine, well-balanced wine boasts good length. A marvellous match for shellfish and fish such as sole, salmon or trout, lobster or with composed salads. May also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. It is ideally served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C. After pouring the wine, allow it to breathe for a few moments in the glass before enjoying.
