Winemaker's Notes:
Berry Bros & Rudd review: This is a good example of classic Pouilly-Fume; it has all the hallmarks you should expect.<br/>Clear and bright with a pale lemon core and green tinge. Narrow rim. The nose is youthful, intense and grassy with a fragrant citrus note detectable. The palate is dry with crisp acidity and a medium, smooth body. The fruit is quite green on the palate with plenty of greengage and gooseberry as well as a grapefruit and lime note. Iags of green fruit, citrus notes and a linear flintiness. Try serving this either as an aperitif or with a green salad, perhaps with some goats? cheese which would be a traditional choice.
