Joseph Drouhin Vaudon Reserve Chablis 2010

Member Review by zufrieden:

This is a wonderful expression of Chablis - there is that pear, slightly unripe green apple, caillou et l'eau and a hint of ginger on the nose with terrific minerality and some unctious viscosity (due to the excellent vintage) on the palate. Acidity is good, there is balance and a clean, medium to long finish. Excellent value all around. 89 points.
