- The intensely spicy nose is still very fresh and only just beginning to reveal the initial hints of maturing fruit that remains impressively rich and expressive with toasted oak notes followed by big, mineral laden flavors and a finish that emphasize both green apples and ripe orchard fruits. There is a lovely purity here with beautifully elegant buffering acidity and a pronounced leesy quality. This should drink well young but age for a very long time but at the moment, it's clearly still one the way up.
