- (from a 1.5 ha parcel). This is much more obviously oaked with more than a trace of vanilla and wood spice with round, very intense flavors and plenty of richness, length, fine, indeed understated minerality all beautifully balanced by ripe acidity. This has more oak than I personally prefer but there is sufficient concentration that it may very well absorb it. Otherwise, quite lovely with plenty of Chablis character.
