Vintage: 2007 12/03/2009

We really enjoyed the '07 vintage and will be using it at an upcoming wine event in our town. We will be pairing it with a local caterer's delicious polenta with clam sauce. We found the smooth mouthfeel and fruity taste to be exceptional. We also enjoyed it with our thanksgiving turkey.

Light in color and flavor. It was almost a little too close to a rosé for my taste, but overall not bad. It had a faint nose and short finish, but did have a fruity flavor with some tannins that opened up nicely.

Bright purple color, a very intense nose, reminiscent of violets, peonies and red berries. On the palate, it has a silky smoothness, and its delicious fruit lingers for a long time.

Ein gelungener Auftakt in der Nase und ein genussvolles, anhaltendes Finale - so lautet das Fazit dieses reintönigen Beaujolais-Villages, der zu überzeugen weiss. Die Aromatik ist typisch: blumig-fruchtig. Die feinen Gerbstoffe und die frisch-fruchtige Struktur verleihen diesem Rotwein eine attraktive Seite und eine zugängliche Art.
