Winemaker's Notes:

We always strive to make balanced, sophisticated, yet approachable Bordeaux style blends with both our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot offerings. By blending a trilogy of grapes from where they grow best, referred to as “Trois Cépages”, acknowledges my dedication to winemaking. These wines reflect the unique terroir of the Napa Valley and are traditionally blended together with Cabernet Franc and, at times, Petit Verdot.

A beautiful property built over a hundred years ago by Tom Larson's grandfather; it is here where we crush, barrel ferment, blend, and age our wines. Tom owns over a hundred acres of vines in Northern California, as well as managing 500 hundred acres of some of the finest boutique vineyards in the valley. Tasting Notes:

This wine displays a deep purple hue, and has great clarity for wine that is traditionally unfiltered. The bouquet offers scents of ripe black currant, smoke and saddle. Flavors include dark cherry and ripe plum with a hint of vanilla and cocoa dust. Firm, but approachable tannin structure accents a balanced and long finish.
