Deep golden color. Powerful nose of ripe apricots, citrus and honeysuckle. With such aromas, you would expect a sweet wine but it is the opposite! Very dry wine with a mixture of citrus and apricot flavors. The wine finishes on a dry, tangy taste that is unique and well adapted to enjoy with oriental cuisine, spicy or fatty foods. Mouth filling character with a citrus crispness. Can be cellared for 3 to 4 more years.
