Spicy aroma, with pleasant red plum and cherry flavors. Notes of tar and smoke on the finish. Drink now.
The 2003 Domini has a touch of game on the nose. The mid-palate is modest, and the fruit well integrated with the components of the wine. It has a little liveliness, and it is sunny, gentle and charming. It has a well crafted, refined, Bordeaux-blend feel to it. In many respects, in fact, it simply screams andldquo;Bordeaux.andrdquo; Its blend is actually Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. It is pleasant, but with air it does fade and it seems a bit short and a little too easy. Drink nowandndash;2011.
