Tasting Notes:

The 1990 Estate Bottled Chardonnay is fresh and elegant with intense fruit concentration in both the aroma and taste. Apple and pear scents abound. French oak provides hints of vanilla and toastiness accenting the Burgundian character of this chardonnay. The taste is delicate, yet flavorful - and firm , yet creamy. The wine completed malolactic fermentation and, in the tradition of Jordan winemaking, the wine's flavors harmonize with the extraordinary bouquet. All the elements of the wine echo in the graceful, long finish.
