Tasting Notes:

Generous scents of fresh pear and apple weave through a mosaic of French oak aromas. Hints of vanilla and butterscotch follow to complement the lively fruit flavors. In the classic tradition of French burgundy, malo-lactic fermentation softens the natural acidity of Jordan Chardonnay providing a pleasant buttery contrast to the crisp flavors of California-grown fruit.
