Tasting Notes:

The wine displays aromatic and flavor characteristics that vividly express the harmony of Chardonnay fruit with the subtl complexity acquired through five months of aging in French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation, an element of the Jordan signature, softened the wine's firm acid and promoted the development of round, rich tastes. Produced in the style of the white wine of Burgundy, the 1987 Chardonnay has a smooth texture and a lingering finish.

Aged 5 months in French Oak.

Notes: Aged 5 months in French Oak barrels followed by 5 month in large upright French Oak tanks
