Light in body, with a tobaccoey, dried herb quality to the cherry fruit. Finishes fast, but quite an elegant wine, and should age for a while. Read more

More Bordeaux-like than the typical California Cab. Generous in fruit and succulence, with a delectable forest floor, cedar and fresh-herb savouriness. Precise and pure, with crackling acidity and great cellar potential. (LM) Jancis Robinson. A Cabernet Sauvignon wine from California in USA. 2007 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

The bouquet displays characteristics of dense blackberry aromas that mirror to the mid-palate. The Jordan Cabernet mouth feel is silky-smooth with soft, round tannins highlighted by delicate nuances of vanilla stemming from the French oak aging.

Deep red. Red- and blackcurrant, cherry and menthol on the nose, with subtle vanilla, cola and tobacco notes adding complexity. Tightly wound red berry and bitter cherry flavors are framed by dusty tannins, picking up anise and herb notes on the back end. Understated and brisk, with good finishing clarity and mineral cut.

A rich, elegantly styled Cabernet, with generous ripe plum, black cherry, herb and fresh earth notes that are vibrant and complex. Excellent balance, finishing with a long, clean aftertaste. Drink now through 2010.

Winemaker's Notes:

A seamless wine, our 2007 vintage exudes beautiful, dense blackberry aromas that echo through the mid-palate. The mouthfeel is silky-smooth with soft, round tannins accented by a vanilla quality from the French oak. Enjoyable now or worthy of cellaring through 2020.
