Food Pairings for Jordan Vineyard & Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County
Vivid and brilliant garnet in color, this distinctive wine gives the immediate visual impression of being full-bodied and long-lasting. The bouquet of forward fruit and the aromas of cassis and ripe black cherry evolve into a more complex and balanced impression of spice, black currant and cedar - all of which is supported by a strong structure of predominantly French oak. The expansive, rich, velvety and intricate fruit flavors meld on the palate with those of nutmeg, clove, and soft, woodsy essences.
