RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Jordan's 1988 Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon offers layers of cherry, cassis and subtle oak character. Cool, slow fermentation retains the deep fruit qualities while awarding full and plentiful tannins to the wine. Two years of aging in French and American oak evolved the complexity and elegance so distinctive of Jordan's Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon. Two further years of bottle aging assure proper development of the wine at the time of its release to market.
