Tasting Notes:

Subtle earthy scents and sweet hints of fresh herbs heighten the cassis and cherry fruit aromas of Jordan's 1987 Cabernet Sauvignon. Soft and round in structure, this wine has lovely fruit flavors enhanced by two years of aging in small oak cooperage.
