Very low key on the nose with complex aromas of buttery nuts, herbs, pineapple tops, older wood, and creamy apple fruit topped with nice toast and creme brulee aromas. Decidedly acid-driven on entry, this delivers wonderfully clear flavors of citrus fruit and tart apples over a base of older wood accented with a hint of toast and vanilla in the mouth. Just wonderfully balanced with intense flavors but a light, elegant mouthfeel capped off by a long, complex and subtle finish.
