Honey, dates, figs and perhaps coffee. Every glass is a new discovery.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Eggplant coloured pour, almost brown. Pungent aroma. Sweet and fruity, with a touch of fig and pomegranate. A little syrupy, but still good.

Formally known as Jonsey Rare Port, this chocolaty dessert wine is rich with Christmas spices on the nose and toffee-almond, dark cherry flavors

Port from Australia, you ask? Why yes, Trevor Jones has done it again with this Port that's chocolately brown in color with notes of prunes, caramal and chocolate.
