The warm, sunny, long growing days, and cool star-filled nights help to retain acidity in our white wines from our Vineyards on the Wahluke slope. Using selected yeast, 40% of the juice is fermented gently in Hungarian Oak Pungeons and the difference in Stainless tanks. This delicate technique brings aromas of apricots and cantaloupe followed by rich flavors of pears and Granny Smith apples wrapped with orange citrus on the palate, for true balance and complexity in your glass.
