Jonathan Edwards Winery Estate Connecticut Chardonnay 2007

Just released, this was a featured wine at the winery's Annual Spring Fest on 6/6/09. Crisp, bright, with lovely citrus notes in both the nose and mouth. Very different than the Napa Valley Chardonnay, the Connecticut Chardonnay is less buttery, and is brighter and fruiter. A great summer sipping wine and will pair well with a variety of seafood, chicken and spicy foods like Thai. Overall a very nice wine.
