Jonathan Edwards Cab Franc 08 19b-5 2006

Winemaker's Notes:

A not-too-heavy, easy drinking style of Cabernet. Earthy tones of tobacco, dark chocolate and peat continue to dominate the bouquet. A great wine with grilled meats and root vegetables but wonderful as a glass on its' own.

A full-bodied wine, with a strong, earthy nose. Very spicy, with light notes of chocolate in the mouth. While I found I preferred the Zinfandels and the Syrahs, I did note this as a wine I would definitely come back for.
