Joie Farm a Noble Blend 2012

Member Review by zufrieden:

Being rudely interrupted by a power outage and tasting largely in the darkness, my nose detected a lot of sweet pear and delicious apple with perhaps some lychee nut ... more a sense of preserve than freshly picked fruit. On the palate, the wine is thick, viscous and slightly cloying (off-dry) but still balanced. Very tropical with the mouth-feel of a hot climate wine. Less elegant than the 2011. 86 points.
