- Sweet -- yet not cloyingly. Just the right amount of mouth tingle. This was enjoyed along with some strongly flavored hors-doevres (roquefert cheese, tapenade, etc.) and was exactly the right match to cut the richness and act as lovely pallete cleanser in between various tastes.
