Joel Gott White Blend Napa Valley 2006
This one is a simple red... I don't really have much to report. Its a little better than Primal Roots but not as good as Apothic Red or Menage a Trois but its quite drinkble. What I mean... it does not quite have the flavor or overall smell the two mentioed wines have. You'll like it well enough... but... I think it's worth it to get the other guys... good attempt!
amazing wine for the price

The Chardonnay exhibits aromas of citrus peel, mineral, pear and melon. The flavors are well balanced between clean crisp fruit and sweet oak.
Believe me, you won't miss the oak barrel influence on this wine. It's so good all by itself. Brightened with crisp Monterey acidity and totally dry, it's rich in pineapple, tangerine, Meyer lemon, lime, mineral and vanilla flavors that will satisfy your Chardonnay tooth.
You may know him as the "Zin master," but Joel Gott's favorite wine is actually his 2006 Chardonnay! Crisp and clean, this 100% stainless steel fermented wine sees absolutely no oak, preserving the purity of the zesty, fresh fruit and natural acidity of the grape. Citrus, pear and tropical notes coupled with a hint of jasmine - the beautiful brilliance of this wine is perfect for banishing the winter blues!
Wine Tasting NotesThe environment has produced a Chardonnay that has flavors of citrus, pear and jasmine with bright acid structure. To preserve these characteristics and retain the purity of the fruit we crafted this wine using stainless steel tanks for fermentation and aging, and prevented malolactic fermentation. This is simply a clean, crisp, delicious Chardonnay unfettered by toasty oak or buttery lactic acid flavors.
