- Evolved ruby. Just the right side of funky on the nose. Quite delicate and lively. Really racy and as transparent as lace in terms of its texture. Starts you thinking about suitable food matches, for this is far from hefty. Rognons? Sweetbreads? Something French! Just a dusting of tannin on the finish. Just 12.5%! [tasted may 04, not blind]
