As is well known among burg geek circles, Jean-Marc Joblot categorically rejects the notion of terroir, stating flatly that I sell quality and consistency, not the reputation of terroir. Wine is not a constant thing; it represents the result of all of the factors of the terroirs we work with and the vintage.
