- Merlot 50% Tempranillo 35% Syrah 15% - 65% French oak, 35% American Oak for 7months Deep and dark as night. The nose is rich with w/pepper, minerals, dry nuts, and light tabbaco all followed by a mild earthiness. Rich in the mouth with fresh acidity and sweet firm tannins. Flavors of cherry, cranberry, deep dark cherry perserves, and mint. Interesting wine. 4/5 [NR]
