I like my alcohol in two flavors, red wine and bourbon. Jim Beam IMO is the standard for bourbon, nice toasted caramels, toasty oak, smooth.

Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey took the gold medal at the 2005 San Francisco Spirits Competition. This one is aged for 4 years for subtle flavors. It is rich and smooth, and perfect served straight or on the rocks.
