Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

The motto of JB wines is, always make a better wine than they did last year, it will be impressive if they can make a better wine than this. The Lodge Hill at one of the highest in the Clare, returned a steely, minerally riesling.

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine is pale straw in color, with lovelylemon and grapefruit citrus aromas. The palate is dry, revealing flinty lemon citrus, with floral orange blossom notes—-somewhat austere and steely-—with a zesty finish.Edited from the winemaker's note
