Aromas: Red fruit & spice dominate the nose with aromas of dry cherry, dark plum, raspberry, cinnamon, coffee & juniper. Flavors: complex fruit exhibiting flavors of red currants & figs with spicy notes of clove & green tea. finish: full tannic structure with lighter spice notes of coriander & cool eucalyptus. Serve with Steak Au Poivre, light game (venison, tenderloin, rabbit or roast pheasant), herb encrusted lamb or sharp cheddar cheeses. Pair with Cheesecake Momma's Organic berry or Wild Strawberry Cheesecakes.
