Jenica Peak Pinot Noir 2008
Jenica Peak Pinot Noir cascades with ripe, rich flavors of currant, black cherry fruit and plum., along with and undercurrent of toasty oak and spice. The wine's finish is smooth and lasting, with ripples of vanilla and cinnamon at the end. Goes well with herb marinated rack of lamb.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
