One and a half glasses
Bottle open 4 hours and served at room temperature. Nice, deep purple hue. Nose has notes of caramel, green and black pepper. Beautiful fruity front of the palette, mid palette is a huge array of flavors, including dark fruits, spice and a sweeter aspect. There is some grip, and a slight amount of acidity to it. Finish is pleasant with cacao and blackberry notes and lasts about a minute.
Very rich and fruity (red berries and cherries). Soft well integrated tannins. A slightly alcoholic nose and a slightly tart finish - both of which dissipated. Give it another year in the bottle or decant before serving.

We just can’t resist this Malbec: It’s a perfect example of how well this lovely red grape can do in Argentina. Made on a Practicing Organic estate in the Mendoza region, this full-bodied wine shows dark berry fruit and a spicy edge on the finish.
