Jean Saint Honoré Puligny-Montrachet les Charmes 2005

External Review by Prestige Wine & Spirits:

A mesmerizing wine reminiscent of standing in a peach orchard as a gentle rain awakens subtle wild flower and vanillin spice fragrances. Flavors are clean and crisp, structured with a mouthwatering citric acidity. Sear some jumbo scallops drizzled with a reduced lime sauce and laid on a bed of field greens lightly misted with pear-infused white balsamic vinegar.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Structured and elegant, like a finely tailored suit. Bright apple, lemon and spice notes highlighted by cleansing minerality. Long finish; refreshing choice for grilled halibut or light chicken dishes.
