Jean-Philippe Fichet Bourgogne Blanc 2015

Member Review by EMark:

Pale yellow in the glass. Fairly fruity nose. Stone fruit—apricot, peach—on the tip of the tongue. Also, interestingly enough, an effervescence that might suggest secondary fermentation. Complete lack of buttery oak—a good thing. A touch of tartness makes this a fairly refreshing wine. All these positives are negated by the beginnings of oxidation gives an unfortunate aftertastse. That provides the disappointment to me.
