Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Jean-Noel Gagnard Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Caillerets

Winemaker's Notes:

This offers aromatic elegance with its stone, rose petal and lemon and orange peel scents that dissolve seamlessly into racy and wonderfully energetic flavors that possess excellent depth and length. The mid-palate seems directly extracted from liquid stone as 2010 is a vintage where the natural minerality of a fine Caillerets is very much front and center. *Outstanding 92 points*"Allen Meadows' Burghound
